Design Notes

Underfoot Feel
The Nike Vaporfly 4 Racing Shoes' cushioning is suited to runners seeking an ultralight and propulsive ride.
Responsive ZoomX foam feels very light and energetic. The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate aids propulsion and energy return.
A thin outsole offers traction where it's needed most, without adding unnecessary weight.
Upper Fit
While the upper of the Nike Vaporfly 4 Racing Shoes offers enough support for long-distance races, it offers an ultralight and breathable feel.

Sizing Advice
