Underfoot Feel
The midsole features ZoomX foam - Nike's lightest, softest, and most responsive foam. The super foam has been left exposed, as this allows the material to morph and respond to uneven terrain.
There's also a ZoomX sock liner to further enhance underfoot comfort.
A redesigned carbon-fibre FlyPlate is less rigid than the first edition. It also has a spine split so that it can flex with difficult terrain. The plate still delivers lots of propulsion to help you run further and faster.
Vibram® Megagrip delivers traction on a wide range of surfaces. It should help you feel confident on both wet and dry terrain.
Upper Construction
The Nike ACG Ultrafly Trail Racing Shoes have a fast-draining and breathable upper.
A gusseted tongue and internal fit band should provide a locked-in feel when you're running fast. The accommodating toe box is ideal for long-distance events.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Unisex ACG Ultrafly Trail Racing Shoes are designed for race day, whether it's a 1-kilometer vertical ascent, or multi-day stage race.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
