The Nike Rival XC 6 Cross-Country Spikes offer great protection for running over soft and firm courses. 

A full-length waffle outsole pattern offers grip on a wide array of surfaces and terrain. Working in synergy with the 6-pin forefoot spike plate, you should feel more confident on steep muddy slopes - whether you're running, up, down, or along the side of one. 

Upper Fit

Cross-country racing is tough, so the Nike Rival XC 6 upper is designed accordingly. For example, thin speed laces have a knit-in texture that helps keep them more secure than standard laces. The soft and slightly stretchy mesh upper should feel comfortable over longer distances.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Rival XC 6 Cross-Country Spikes should help keep you going in demanding cross-country races. Whether it's a wet and muddy day, or dry and crisp winter morning, these can adapt to the demands.

Important Sizing Note: When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for UK sizes 6 and below differs slightly from road or trail running shoes.

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface. They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
