Underfoot Feel
Fully-connected ZoomX foam offers smoother transitions and comfort for heel, mid, and fore-foot strikes. The ultra soft and bouncy foam feels incredibly cushioned and protective - perfect for long distance efforts.
As you start to apply force to the midsole, you should start to experience the propulsive effect of the full-length carbon fibre Flyplate kick into action. This has also been wider in the midfoot to offer more support than before.
The final propulsive component is the dual Air Zoom Units in the forefoot. This technology puts the Nike Alphafly 3 Road Racing Shoes in a league of their own when it comes to energy return. This is because the Air Zoom Units compress and spring back - launching you onto the next step.
An updated Fast Shot outsole delivers great traction and grip.
Upper Fit
The Nike Alphafly 3 Road Racing Shoes feature an updated AtomKnit 3.0 upper that offers more breathability and midfoot support. However, softer yarns in the upper should feel less rigid than before.

Sizing Advice
