Advice for Trail Runners: Tackle challenging terrain with the Nike Women's Zegama Trail Running Shoes. The Zegama offer significant levels of cushioning and grip.
Nike's ZoomX foam has been included in the Zegama's midsole. This, combined with high stack heights, results in lightweight and highly responsive cushioning. ZoomX foam is soft, but it returns a lot of energy.
Deep lugs are spread out on the outsole to provide significant traction for technical terrains.
The built-in ankle gaiter is soft and hardly noticeable. It's purpose is to limit the chance of trail debris making it into the inside of the shoe.
The engineered mesh has more strength and flexibility than regular mesh. It is supportive and breathable.
At the toe area you will find extra overlays for durability.
The Nike Women's Zegama Trail Running Shoes are best for long trail runs over challenging terrain. They can be be used for training and racing.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
