Underfoot Feel
EExpure cushioning - a supercritical EVA foam - offers lots of energy return. While this foam provides great protection, it also feels agile on uneven terrain.
A prominent rocker geometry should help you run efficiently on both flatter terrain and descents.
Vibram® Megagrip Litebase - with traction lug technology - delivers exceptional traction on both wet and dry surfaces. 5 mm lugs offer lots of grip on loose ground.

The NNormal Tomir 2.0 Running Shoes offer a supportive fit - which should help you feel more confident on uneven surfaces.
The upper is made to be very durable. For example, the midsole is stitched directly to the upper. A TPU layer at the toe box also enhances durability, while offering some protection for the end of your feet.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
