Advice for Road Runners: The On Men's Cloudrunner 2 Running Shoes should feel softer and more supportive in comparison to the previous version.
The On Cloudrunner 2 Running Shoes now feature Helion superfoam. This delivers a softer and more energetic feel than previously used Zero Gravity foam.
In the same way as the first version did, the Cloudrunner 2 offers extra stability through wide Cloud Elements. However, the latest version have an updated TPU heel clip - which should increase stability.
You shouldn't have to worry about stones collecting underneath - as the outsole has been updated to stop this happening.
The main change to the On Cloudrunner 2 Running Shoes' upper is a plusher tongue design. This should reduce lace pressure and increase comfort.
It's worth pointing out that the engineered mesh base is 100% recycled material.
While the On Men's Cloudrunner 2 Running Shoes are likely to feel quite responsive, they should feel best for slow to steady paced runs. The advantage of the midsole design is that it should feel comfortable across a relatively broad range of paces.
For the avoidance of doubt, these should work well for runners who have unstable feet and ankles. This because the holistic support features help reduce instability.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
