Advice for Road Runners: The On Men's Cloudsurfer Max Running Shoes offer maximum cushioning for long-distance runs.
This model replaces the On Cloudeclipse Running Shoes.
A double layer of CloudTec® Phase and Helion™ super-foam cushioning offers an ultra-soft and smooth underfoot experience.
The max-stack midsole offers exceptional protection. It should feel very comfortable during long-distance runs - especially at slower paces.
Overall, the On Cloudsurfer Max Running Shoes deliver a plush and fluid ride.
A premium engineered mesh optimises comfort and breathability. The upper also features a knitted tongue with engineered wings for improved lockdown.
We recommend using the On Men's Cloudsurfer Max Running Shoes for long-distance runs at slow to steady speeds. This is because the cushioning should improve your comfort and potentially reduce post-run soreness.
It goes without saying this model is also a great choice for recovery runs - particularly the day after a faster-paced session.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
