This super-trainer offers great protection and exceptional responsiveness to help runners train harder and recover faster.
Underfoot Feel
The midsole features two layers of foam. A top layer of Helion™ HF cushioning offers lots of energy return and responsiveness. The bottom layer of Helion™ improves the inherent stability of the midsole.
Overall, the midsole feels protective, and very responsive underfoot. The geometry also offers a snappy and propulsive sensation, which should help you maintain your speed.
Please note the LightSpray™ model has more Helion™ HF cushioning than the standard edition - due to the way the upper is bonded to the midsole. This means it offers more underfoot cushioning - but the stack height does exceed the 40 mm race-legal limit.
Upper Construction

Sizing Advice

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
