When you want to run in the dark and the temperature is mild, you could easily get too hot in a pair of tights. The Tech Reflect 5" Twin Short, with its breathable fabric, helps you to overcome that problem.
There is a lot of reflectivity on the fabric. Meaning there is a high chance of you being seen by other road and pavement users.
The inner short is ideal for helping to prevent chafing.
A zipped back pocket is ideal for storing the likes of a key and a credit card. There is a stretch pocket (no zip) on the outside of each thigh. For the avoidance of doubt, the thigh pockets are on the outside of the inner liner.
