Underfoot Feel
In contrast to the standard Genesis Trail Running Shoes, the S/LAB model uses optiFOAM² - a lightweight super foam that offers superior energy return.
The result is a light, dynamic, and energetic underfoot feel - which is ideal for faster-paced trail running.
Salomon's activeCHASSIS™ technology enhances both the medial and lateral stability of the midsole. This feature is very beneficial if you're running on rocky and uneven ground.
An All-Terrain contaGRIP® outsole - with 4.5 mm lugs - delivers lots of traction on wide array of terrain - whether it's wet or dry.
Finally, a protective layer - named profeelFILM - acts as shield against sharp objects, such tree roots and angular rocks.
Upper Fit
A premium Matryx® Micro upper is incredibly durable and has individually-coated high-tenacity Kevlar® yarn. It offers best-in-class breathability.
The integrated gaiter reduces how much debris enters the upper, while a protective toe cap shields your toes from hard objects.

Sizing Advice
