The Guide TR offers the same support and cushioning as the incredibly popular Guide Road Running Shoes.
Underfoot Feel
A thick layer of PWRRUN foam offers a soft and bouncy underfoot experience - along with lots of protection.
Unlike many trail running shoes, this model offers additional support for your feet and ankles. A broad base, raised sidewalls, asymmetric profile, and rocker shape provide guidance and support. This system is named Center Path Technology.
A PWRTRAC outsole with 3.5 mm lugs optimises grip on paved and off-road surfaces, such as gravel paths and woodland trails.
Upper Construction
The lightweight upper offers enhanced protection in high-abrasion areas. It delivers a supportive and comfortable fit.
Ideal Run Type
The Saucony Men's Guide TR Running Shoes are perfectly designed for door-to-trail runs. Or runs on well-groomed trails, such as forest paths and gravel tracks.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
