The SiS Beta Fuel Energy Drink is a dual source, high-carbohydrate energy mix that combines with water.
It contains a 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin and fructose, and a total of 80g of carbohydrate per serving. Tip the mix into 600ml of water and shake to dissolve.
This specific formulation is designed for long-distance training sessions and racing. The neutral pH and isotonic formula should lower the chances of GI discomfort.
SiS recommends sipping a little and often throughout exercise. The high-carbohydrate content is ideal for athletes targeting 80-120 grams of carbohydrate per hour.
