SiS Rego Rapid Recovery is a soy-based recovery drink with added vitamins. As the name suggests, it's designed to help you recover and refuel after intense exercise.
- 21 grams of soy protein: supports muscle repair and rebuild
- 22 grams of carbohydrate: helps replenish glycogen stores post-exercise
- Added B and C vitamins help support health and immunity
- Plant-based soy protein formula enhanced with 2.5 grams of L-Leucine
- Complete amino acid profile
Suggested use: add 50 grams (two full scoops) to 500ml of cold water and shake. Consume within 30-60 minutes post-exercise to aid recovery.
