Advice for Road Runners: It took more than 2 years of research and countless prototypes to develop the True Motion Women's U-Tech Vichara Running Shoes.
Designed to work in perfect harmony with your biomechanics, the Vichara Running Shoes should help to significantly reduce the chances of running related injuries.
The True Motion U-Tech Vichara Running Shoes feature a protective nitrogen foam midsole. An innovative design process results in a light and highly energy returning material. In fact, the foam should offer over 80% energy return.
You should also experience very soft and gentle transitions throughout the gait cycle. This is because asymmetrically designed U-Tech cushioning compliments the anatomical-biological structures of the foot. Another benefit of this technology is that it helps to center forces - which helps reduce joint loading.
Finally, you might notice the horizontal groove in the forefoot. This aids the natural movement of your feet as you push-off. In turn, the load on the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe should be lowered.
The premium upper in the True Motion U-Tech Vichara Running Shoes should feel soft and breathable. It's likely the heel area will feel supportive, thanks to a moulded heel counter.
The mesh upper and liner are made with 100% recycled material.
There's no pair of running shoes that completely removes the risks of injuries. That's because multiple factors will be at play. However, certain models go through more testing than others and can play a greater role in injury prevention. The True Motion Women's U-Tech Vichara Running Shoes are the perfect example of this.
As these are the result of extensive biomechanical analysis and experiments, there's a very high chance they can help reduce your chances of injury in common problem areas - for example, the knee joint. This makes them a great option for daily runs and slower paced efforts.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
