The current RunClub training programme begins in the week commencing 1 June 2026 and follows a structured 20-week progression divided into five 4-week blocks. Below you can see all the sessions planned.
Training sessions are designed to progress gradually in both duration and focus, with each phase targeting a specific physiological and performance adaptation. The sessions are free, inclusive and open to all abilities.
Training Structure
Our RunClub follows a progressive 3-weeks-on, 1-week-deload structure, resulting in five 4-week training blocks over the course of the programme. Don't worry if you can't attend every session - you'll still benefit from the programme, even if you're only able to join us occasionally.
Note: as session durations increase throughout the programme, your local Run4It RunClub Leader will provide alternative options where needed to ensure everyone can participate at a level that suits them, including those who may be joining later in the programme or have missed earlier sessions.
