Experience comfort over long miles with FreshFoam X premium cushioning. This energy returning foam utilises an innovative stability post, that blends into the foam for a smooth feeling from soft to firm. Unlike traditional stability posts, which add a dense post to the medial side creating an abrupt sensation, the Vongo uses a pellet pour method to merge the firm and soft foams together. This creates smooth support that reacts to the foots movements in a more natural way.

A wider base provides additional medial stability with a cut out groove in the heel allows for better contraction of the foam on impact and feels ultra cushioned as you run.

With ultra cushioned stability, the Vongo v5 running shoe feels plush yet energetic. Perfect for slower to steady paced runs with a soft underfoot feel.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
