A highly durable mesh and synthetic upper and a propulsive Pebax nylon plate in the forefoot mean these spikes can cope with whatever is thrown at them.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes.
To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
