Underfoot Feel

A triple-layered Lightstrike Pro foam midsole provides superb cushioning together with a fast, highly responsive feel. An internal wishbone plate stiffens the spike and ensures that forces are transferred quickly and efficiently from strike through to toe-off. 

A textured outsole enhances traction in key areas and a synthetic 5-spike plate ensures secure grip when pushing the pace on the track or over steeplechase barriers.

Upper Fit

The ventilated mesh upper is highly breathable and utilises recycled content in its construction. The upper is specifically engineered to offer support and structure in all the right places.

Ideal Run Type

The adidas Men’s Adizero Ambition Track Spikes are perfect for use across distances ranging from 800 to 5000 metres on the track and are also suitable for the steeplechase.

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes.

To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
