Underfoot Feel
You should experience a lot of underfoot padding and impact protection in the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 26 Running Shoes. This is down to the high-stacked midsole design and the ultra-soft PureGEL cushioning in the heel area.
As the rest of the midsole features FF BLAST+ ECO foam - a soft and energetic material - it should feel easy to transition from one foot strike to the next.
Finally, the curved heel-to-toe geometry smooths out transitions from landing to take-off.
Upper Fit
Everything about the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 26 Running Shoes revolves around improving comfort levels. With this in mind, they feature a soft engineered knit upper that delivers lots of breathability and support.
Ideal Run Type
We recommend using the ASICS Men's Gel-Nimbus 26 Neutral Running Shoes for the following:
- Long slow paced runs;
- Steady aerobic paced miles; and
- Recovery runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
