Underfoot Feel
The Brooks Women's Ghost 15 is popular with lots of runners because of the underfoot feel. DNA LOFT v2 cushioning has a unique balance of rubber, air, and a less dense foam in comparison to the previous version. The result? A lighter foam that feels more cushioned throughout your run.
If you heel strike, you'll find that the segmented crash pad feels padded and protective. It will also smooth out your transition from landing to toe-off.
Upper Fit
The Brooks Ghost 15 gets our stamp of approval. That's because the engineered air mesh upper works for a lot of foot shapes. The spacious toe box and supportive heel collar delivers great comfort. A light, yet supportive upper, is the result of stitch free overlays.
Ideal Run Type
If you're looking for running shoe that feels cushioned, light and energetic, the Brooks Ghost 15 is a great choice. We know runners find these comfortable for runs ranging from 5K to the marathon.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
