Underfoot Feel
The nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole is soft, lightweight and responsive, and provides a highly-cushioned and protective feel. It is also highly durable and delivers bounce and comfort no matter how far or how fast the run! An Ortholite sockliner elevates the step-in comfort further. The outsole design delivers smoother and more stable transitions from heel to toe-off than before.
Upper Fit
The breathable engineered mesh upper uses ultra-soft materials and delivers exceptional comfort. 3D Fit Print technology also provides strategically-placed structure that won't rub.
Ideal Run Type
The Brooks Women's Glycerin 20 Running Shoes offer supreme comfort and distraction-free miles across a range of paces. Runners looking for a soft shoe for recovery runs or long runs will benefit from the level of cushioning provided with the midsole foam responding superbly when the pace increases!
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
