The Brooks Women's Glycerin GTS 20 features DNA LOFT v3 cushioning. As a result, these running shoes feel incredible soft and protective underfoot. If you want to experience Brooks' best cushioning, these are the ones.
By way of comparison, the Glycerin GTS 20 features the same holistic support system as the Adrenaline GTS 23. However, the nitrogen-infused cushioning in the Glycerin GTS 20 is more cushioned, more energy returning and lighter than the DNA LOFT v2 in the Adrenaline GTS 23.
When you're feeling tired, or running further, extra cushioning can make it easier to keep going.
To compliment the plush underfoot feel, the Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 features an equally premium upper. If you're looking for the most comfortable overall fit and feel, this is unlikely to disappoint. In our experience, the Glycerin GTS 20 feels spacious in the toe box.
The Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 is perfect for taking maximum stress off muscles and joints. For this reason, it's a great option for long runs, daily miles, and recovery sessions after a tough workout. The soft nature of the midsole is best suited to slow to steady paces.
If you want to forget about your feet and just run, we expect you'll love these.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
