Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a carbohydrate fuel - built on Hyrdogel technology. It's thicker than Maurten's Drink Mix, but looser than Maurten's Gel.
Gel Mix 480 is pH-sensitive. It behaves like Maurten's Drink Mix, forming a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. This change encapsulates the carbohydrates, carrying them through the stomach to be absorbed and used as fuel.
Simply mix the powder with 200ml water. Each serving contains 120 grams of carbohydrate and 480 kcal.
Maurten Gel Mix 480 is one of the best fuelling sources for long-distance runs - whether you're training or racing.
We also recommend using Maurten Gel Mix 480 if you're trying to take high amounts of carbohydrate per hour of exercise.
This is a single 125g serve, not a box.

How to use
Maurten's Gel Mix 480 is designed to be used in conjunction with Maurten's Gel Mix Flask 350ml.
Pour 200ml of water into the Gel Mix Flask, then add the contents of one sachet to the flask. Seal and shake thoroughly until the powder is fully dissolved. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Please note, Maurten Additions can be added to the Maurten Gel Mix 480. Additions will not interfere with Hydrogel technology.
