The Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350ml is a soft flask made specifically for fuelling with Maurten's Gel Mix 480.
This soft flask can be carried in a running vest, waist belt, or back/side pocket. Equipped with a SpeedFill™ cap for fast refills and a bite valve for easy fuelling.
When a sachet of Maurten's Gel Mix 480 is added to 200ml of water in the Gel Mix Flask 350ml, it will contain 120 grams of carbohydrate. This is a very effective way of carrying a significant amount of carbohydrate during training or racing.
