It features Nike React foam, a lightweight and durable foam that gives a responsive ride. The Zoom Air Unit in the forefoot provides added responsiveness to this shoe. The multi-directional lugs on the Air Zoom Terra Kiger 8 are made from a high-abrasion rubber. The lugs help to provide an enhanced grip on descents and ascents.

This shoe provides trail-ready support, with a Dynamic Fit System through the midfoot that hugs and supports the feet as you run. The revised synthetic mesh upper provides a lightweight feel, with excellent ventilation. The rock plate at the heel helps to protect your foot when running on rough terrain.
