Underfoot Feel
ZoomX foam barely requires any introduction. It's one of the softest and most energy returning midsole materials available. As the Nike Invincible 3 features a thick layer of ZoomX, your feet should feel very protected.
As the foam is so energetic, the cushioning is likely to feel much bouncier than other max-cushioned running shoes.
When you get tired, you should also find that the curved heel-to-toe design smooths out transitions and rolls your feet forward.
Specific midsole sculpting improves underfoot stability.
Upper Fit
The Nike Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes feature an evolved Flyknit upper. This strong and durable material helps to hold your feet in place and offers lots of breathability.
We understand some runners find the ankle collar can feel loose around the heel area. It's unlikely you'll find this is a problem during your run. However, using the last eyelet provides a more locked-in feel.
Ideal Run Type
As we've mentioned, the Nike Men's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes are incredibly cushioned. For this reason, we recommend using them for slower to steady paced runs.
It also means they should feel great on longer distance runs. At the same time, your short recovery runs that follow hard sessions might feel the like the least comfortable runs you do all week. This is also when the Invincible 3 can really help.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
