Underfoot Feel

Nike have added ZoomX foam to the midsole and coupled this with a notable stack height. This should provide comfort and energy return on runs over demanding terrain. 

Significant spacing between the deep lugs should aid a sense of confidence on technical terrain.

Upper Fit

The engineered mesh upper on the Zegama is stronger than normal mesh. A great design for a trail running shoe. The built-in ankle gaiter will help to prevent debris from ending up inside the shoe. The material on the built-in ankle gaiter is soft and should not be overly noticeable.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Men's Zegama Trail Running Shoes should be well-suited for long trail runs over challenging terrain that involves sections of rock and mud.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
