Advice for Road Runners: Inspired by the record breaking Vaporfly, the Zoom Fly 4 has received some great updates. The Zoom Fly 4 in the Black/White/Anthracite/Racer Blue colourway continues to bring many of the performance credentials of Nike’s top-end performance shoes to everyday distance training, faster-paced training or racing, with some additional comfort and protection. The React foam midsole provides a cushioned yet responsive ride and is combined with a full-length carbon fibre plate, which acts like a lever, reducing the amount of work done by your legs at slower paces while helping propel your feet forward at quicker paces.

Updates to the upper and ankle collar have greatly improved the fit and enhanced the secure feel of the shoe and, when added to the protective midsole construction, have resulted in a performance shoe for everyday use! Not just for the faster stuff, this is a fantastic shoe for use across a variety of paces. An amazing road shoe, which reduces the load on muscles during training making it a great option if you suffer from lower-leg tightness or calf pain.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
