Underfoot Feel

React foam in the midsole is cushioned and responsive. The amount of React foam means that the Peg Trail 4 should be comfortable over sections of hard ground. 

The grip on the outsole is will provide traction on light trails. It will also be suitable for some sections of road running. 

Upper Fit

Engineered mesh creates a lightweight and breathable upper with a secure fit. The Flywire technology in the midfoot band contributes to the secure fit. Nike has placed extra reinforcement in the toe area to help with durability.

Ideal Run Type

Nike Pegasus Trail 4 Men's Trail Running Shoes are ideal for trail runs that involve running over hard ground. They will cope with sections of road running during your trail runs. 

We don't recommend the Peg Trail for very muddy ground conditions.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
