The midsole of the Dragon includes Nike's ZoomX foam. A brilliant combination of high energy return and low weight to help you to improve your performance.

The rigid forefoot plate was designed using data from hundreds of runners.

The upper is made of a lightweight, supportive and breathable mesh. Designed to help you to compete at your best.

Ideal Run Type

Specifically designed for 1,500 to 10,000 metre races on the track. We recommend only using the Nike ZoomX Dragonfly for their intended purpose.

Important Sizing Note: When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for UK sizes 6 and below differs slightly from road or trail running shoes.

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface. They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
