Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Air Zoom Structure is designed to provide stability and cushioning for steady running. Despite Nike Zoom models normally being designed for faster-paced running, the Air Zoom Structure 23 is made with a soft midsole foam called Cushlon and boasts more of it versus previous versions. The single density midsole features walls which rise up the side of each foot to provide added support in a natural style. It no longer utilises a medial post to reduce pronation.

The Air Zoom Structure 23 is ideal for slow to steady paced runs. The wide-base and lateral walls offer great stability for tiring legs over longer runs. Don’t worry if you want to inject a bit of pace into your runs though, two Zoom Pods make the shoe feel lighter and create a bouncy underfoot feel. The new geometry provides extra cushioning for heel-to-toe transitions and a slightly plusher underfoot feel than previous models. The upper is highly ventilated and has perforations at the forefoot and midfoot to allow your feet to breathe.
The Nike Air Zoom Structure 23 will suit runners who like a lightweight, stable shoe with a springy underfoot feel. If you’re looking for stability shoe that’s more forgiving underfoot, check out the React Infinity Flyknit 2.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
