The multi-directional traction lugs in the heel are made from high-abrasion rubber, helping to provide enhanced grip on descents and ascents. Mesh in the upper of the Air Zoom Terra Kiger 7 provides a lightweight feel and enhanced ventilation. A Dynamic Fit System in the midfoot helps to hug and support your foot when tackling rocky conditions. The rock plate at the heel also helps to shield your heel from rough terrain. This shoe also features a padded tongue that helps to relieve pressure caused by foot swelling over long runs, while the slim and cushioned collar provides soft comfort and a streamlined look.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
