Underfoot Feel
The core of the midsole is made of ZoomX foam. This foam is both lightweight and energy-returning, and also provides a smooth ride from initial foot strike through to toe-off. A firmer, more durable carrier foam also surrounds the ZoomX foam core.
In addition, a Zoom Air unit in the forefoot gives a snappy, responsive feel as you push off.
High-abrasion rubber on the outsole also provides durability and traction.
Upper Fit
The supportive upper features a band at the midfoot which ensures a secure lockdown across the foot. Nike designed this shoe using data obtained from runners, and placed highly breathable mesh in key areas to optimise stretch and ventilation. An external heel clip also offers a snug and secure fit. The tongue is also plushly padded for additional comfort.

The Nike Women's Air Zoom Vomero 16 Running Shoes are highly-cushioned and ideal for long, easy miles. The ZoomX foam will provide a quick and responsive ride should you choose to increase the pace!
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
