Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Women's Infinity RN 4 Road Running Shoes provide stability and cushioning. The midsole is made of Nike's ReactX foam. The carbon footprint of ReactX foam is at least 43% less than Nike React Foam* - which was the foam used in previous editions of this style.
*The carbon footprint of ReactX is based on cradle-to-gate assessment reviewed by PRé Sustainability B.V and Intertek China. Other midsole components such as airbags, plates and other foam formulations were not considered.
If you ran in previous editions of this style, you may be interested to know that ReactX foam provides 13% more energy return in comparison to React foam.

The Nike Women's Infinity RN 4 Road Running Shoes are for slow to steady paced runs. They are best suited to runners seeking cushioning and additional support.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
