Advice for Road Runners: Experience the incredible ZoomX cushioning in the Nike Women's Invincible 3 in the Light Cream/White-Coconut Milk colourway. It's designed to make your runs feel easier.
The midsole in the Nike Women's Invincible 3 feels like a trampoline. That's because it's made with an ultra high stack of Nike's ZoomX foam. Not only is this foam incredibly soft, it boasts supreme levels of energy return. The result? You feel like you're bouncing.
To make your runs feel even easier, the midsole is shaped with a rocker. The curved design aids the natural transition from landing to take-off. The Invincible 3 features a sculpted midsole, widened base, and heel clip. All of which increase the sensation of support. We know that some runners found the first two editions of the Invincible Run a bit unstable at times.
Feeling comfortable in long runs is essential. The Flyknit upper in the Nike Invincible 3 is breathable and supportive. In our opinion, it offers an accommodating forefoot fit. We do suggest using the last eyelet if you prefer a locked-in ankle fit.
Even though the Invincible Run 3 is a neutral running shoe, it's packed with features that help minimise the impact of daily miles and long runs. If you're searching for a running shoe that improves your ability to train on consecutive days, we recommend considering these.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
The technical features above are based on a women's US size 9 shoe.
