Underfoot Feel
A high stack midsole and a lot of ZoomX foam results in a lot of cushioning. ZoomX foam is noticeably soft, but it also returns a lot of energy. Meaning that the Invincible Run 3 should feel protective but responsive underfoot.
The midsole is also shaped like a rocker. This helps you to build and keep momentum during your run. Easier transitions through the gait cycle is the outcome.
A broad midsole and outsole creates stability. A naturally stable platform reduces the need to fight against instability.
Upper Fit
The Flyknit upper is highly breathable and provides support where it is needed. You may find that the Invincible Run 3 feels a bit loose around the heel. If that is the case, we recommend using the extra eyelet to lock the heel down.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Women's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes are great for steady runs and recovery runs. They feel substantial underfoot. And that's because they are working hard to protect your feet and legs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
