- Two 500ml triangular soft flasks are included as standard. These running flasks are designed for women's morphology.

Want to carry more than the 1 litre of water that can be carried in total via the soft flasks? A 1.5 litre bladder can be added to this running vest and stored in an insulated sleeve.
