Material Benefits
The main talking point is the Japanese PERTEX® Shield 2.5 fabric, which is very lightweight. The fabric and jacket construction will move with you, not against you, when you run.
Notably, the jacket's fabric will expand and adapt if worn over a Salomon hydration pack (12L). This means that you can keep your hydration running pack and everything in it dry, when wearing the Salomon Women's Bonatti Trail Jacket.
Fit Guide
This jacket is slim fitting. It also has a dropped hem back for added style and protection. We recommend buying your normal size. We advise against wearing a size that is too big, as that will compromise the jacket's ability to wick sweat away from your body.
Ideal Run Type
Spot on for training runs or races in bad weather. This is definitely not an item of clothing that is 'just' to meet mandatory kit requirements. It's a jacket that helps you to perform well in bad weather and embrace the elements.
