Underfoot Feel
The soft PWRRUN midsole ensures comfort from first step to last. The bevelled and shaped midsole geometry also adds to the smoothness of the ride the shoe delivers. The raised walls of the midsole also give the shoe a supportive feel. In addition, a premium 7mm PWRRUN+ sockliner enhances the pillowy underfoot sensation.
Upper Fit
The new upper now has a premium fit and feel. It’s made from a new seamless engineered mesh which is both lightweight and highly breathable. The upper also beautifully complements the midsole construction to offer a secure and supportive fit.
Ideal Run Type
Saucony Men’s Ride 16 Running Shoes are a great option for runners who mix up their paces and also like a plush, cushioned feel matched with excellent, springy responsiveness. They’ll deliver outstanding performance on recovery runs, long runs, tempo runs and interval sessions! If one shoe can do almost anything, this one can!
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
