Advice for Road Runners: Searching for Nike running shoes with the most supportive feel? The Nike Men's Infinity RN 4 in the White/Velvet Brown-Platinum Tint colourway meets the criteria.
The updated midsole and upper cradles your feet, so you feel supported in all the right areas.
Intentionally placed cushioning and tuned support wraps around your feet to keep them feeling secure and stable. The black section of the midsole details this contoured cushioning.
The Nike Infinity RN 4 now features ReactX foam. This never seen before foam delivers 13% more energy return than previously used React foam, making it feel bouncier underfoot. ReactX foam also reduces the carbon footprint of the midsole by at least 43% in comparison to React foam.
You'll experience smooth transitions from landing to toe-off as a result of the curve from heel-to-toe in the midsole.
An updated Flyknit upper gives you more support than the previous version. While it's not visible from the images, the Nike Infinity RN 4 upper has a Flyknit fit band. This rubber like band maximises support in an area where it's needed most.
As these are all about comfort, the foam heel collar is soft and supportive. The Flyknit tongue also feels plush.
Even though you may not think white running shoes will stand up to wet weather, a water-repellent liner in the toe-area protects your feet.
We recommend ordering a half-size up from your normal Nike running shoes size for the best fit. Nike has acknowledged that these have a snug fit.
At Run4It, we position the Nike Men's Infinity RN 4 stability running shoes in our Float Experience category. This is due to the fact that they offer a lot of protection and cushioning. As a result, we recommend using them for slower to steady paced runs.
The Infinity RN 4 running shoes are not exclusively for a particular length of run. Whenever you need some extra support, these are a great option. The short recovery run that follows the interval session on the previous day can often feel harder than the weekly long run. Our point is, these Nike running shoes can help you keep running on the days you need it most.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
