Mandy our manager competed in road marathons until she turned her attention to the hills. She now competes in mountain marathons, Canicross and local races for Central AC. Mandy leads groups throughout the year from the shop and with a post grad in sports psychology she can help with motivation as well providing training tips.
Sarah is keen runner and ex-triathlete. Sarah is currently studying for a PhD in Sport Psychology and is usually found out running with her crazy spaniel in her free time.
Robert competed at an elite level for Central AC and Thames Valley. He now trains and competes on the trails and hills of Scotland and around the world. As our longest serving member of staff, he has years of experience and can offer advice on any running discipline.
Ben is a Central AC athlete and a Stirling University sports student. If you want to know anything about track spikes and speed training then he's your man but be warned he's fast!
Kim comes from a climbing background and uses running to keep fit. Kim's aim is to get her 5k time under 20mins
Andrew is a very keen rugby player who plays for Stirling County U18s. He uses running to keep fit during off weeks or the off season. He has enjoyed running from a very young age, competing in various cross country races and triathlon races over the years.
Andrew runs for Strathearn Harriers. He's a passionate runner and has completed many 10ks, half marathons and marathons. He loves a challenge and is currently training for Celtman Extreme Scottish Triathlon. Andrew is also a PT and is happy to help with any running or fitness related questions.

We are closely affilated with 'Central' (we actually sell their club kit in the shop) and most of the team seem to be members. It is a vibrant and friendly club with a whole mix of levels, abilities and age-groups.
Based in the Strathearn valley at Crieff we have helped and supported the 'Harriers' for a number of years. The club organise a good number of events such as the Crieff 10K in July each year. The club cater to a wide range of running abilities.
A relatively new club formed out of a local jogscotland group and based just up the road from the shop in Dunblane.
The Wee County Harriers based in Clacks are regular visitors to the shop and organise the Gartmorn 6 each year. They have a fabulous website and are clearly a very active club across all age-groups.
The Ochil Hill Runners are one of the most established on the Scottish hill running scene organising a number of events each year. Their training grounds are on our doorstep in the hills at the back of the shop.
We are working alongside the Tri club on a number of events in both tri and duathlon. Stirling Tri is one of the biggest in Scotland with a huge array of training nights across all three disciplines summer and winter.
We are often told that the difference between us and other shops is our people. We think they are just the best. Each team member goes through a period of induction, training and assessment no matter what the job is. Over the years we have invested a load not just in the training but also in ensuring that we are giving the team the very best possible terms and conditions we can – it’s even written down in our business values.
Sorry, there are no current vacancies for this shop.
