Aside from family and friends, running is the love of Diane's life. She has completed several 10ks, half marathons, and most recently her first marathon - and there's definite plans to run more! She's also fond of a parkrun and loves taking to the local trails or the Ochil Hills. Diane is curious about ultra running and is looking for her next challenge.
A working mum, running gives Laura the time to switch off while building fitness as well as setting a great example for her son. Laura enjoys parkruns and running 10k races. She enjoys short, faster runs but has completed a few half marathons. A member of a local running group in Falkirk, she uses this to help develop her running skills as well as building friendships with fellow runners.
Robert competed at an elite level for Central AC and Thames Valley. He now trains and competes on the trails and hills of Scotland and around the world. As our longest serving member of staff, he has years of experience and can offer advice on any running discipline.
Ben is a Central AC athlete and a Stirling University sports student. If you want to know anything about track spikes and speed training then he's your man but be warned he's fast!
Ben is an Ochil Hill running club member and a Stirling University student. He is passionate about any form of endurance running from 3kms to ultra marathons. You will likely find Ben on Dumyat in his free time.
Lara is a second year PE student at the University of Stirling and took up running as a (temporary!) way to keep fit after an injury. 8 years later and she’s still at it, running for fitness and enjoyment, and has just started training with the university endurance team.
Keith is relatively new to running having started during the first lockdown in 2020. He has been building up speed and distance and has recently completed his first half marathon. Keith is looking to run more half-marathons and take to the trails.

We are often told that the difference between us and other shops is our people. We think they are just the best. Each team member goes through a period of induction, training and assessment no matter what the job is. Over the years we have invested a load not just in the training but also in ensuring that we are giving the team the very best possible terms and conditions we can – it’s even written down in our business values.
